My Falkirk-based client is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their busy conveyancing department.
You will have the opportunity to assist with high-quality residential property work and will benefit from extensive mentoring and training throughout.
Duties will include, managing purchases and sales from beginning to completion, managing client and lender needs, drafting documents, compleating LBTT and registration, producing fee notes.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have previous experience as a conveyancing assistant/secretary. You must have a good working knowledge of case management software and advanced computer literacy (word, excel, outlook).
