Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary

A highly-regarded firm in Ipswich is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing legal secretary (2+ years' experience) to join their busy and successful conveyancing department. 

The ideal candidate will be a bright and efficient legal secretary with experience working in a conveyancing department. Your duties will include audio typing, answering the telephone and dealing with clients, and you will have a proven track record of dealing with the following:

- Completing registrations
- Completing Local Authority and other relevant pre-exchange searches
- Opening and dealing with the initial stages of the conveyancing transaction
- Producing Land registry forms.

An approachable nature and great attention to detail are also essential characteristics, and you must enjoy working as part of a team.
