As a private family solicitor, you will run your own caseload and assist other fee earners with complex and high-value divorce, financial settlements, nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and TOLATA issues. You will also need to engage in business development which will involve attending networking events and writing blogs.
You will be working closely with a team of experienced family lawyers spread out over multiple offices. In addition, you will have support from paralegals and secretaries who will complete lots of the legwork, ensuring your focus and attention is on maximising your fee earning.
To be considered for this position, you will need to be a qualified solicitor preferably with 1-2 years' PQE. Applications are also being looked at for soon to be NQ solicitors with significant family experience. It is essential that you have excellent client communication skills and great time management.
