This law firm based in Birmingham city centre is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive legal secretary to join their expanding Governance & Commercial department on a full time, permanent basis.
Based in state of the art offices in Birmingham, you will provide secretarial support to a senior associate and two fee earners within the department. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing, including digital dictation
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing and amending documents and bundles
- Diary management
- Key admin duties.
In order to be considered for this governance & commercial legal secretary role based in Birmingham, you must have previous experience working within a similar background, have excellent typing skills and be confident using IT systems, along with having a confident approach to work.
