A multi office, Legal 500 firm in Barking is seeking an experienced conveyancing legal secretary (4+ years' experience) to join their busy and successful Conveyancing Department.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and efficient legal secretary with experience working in a conveyancing department. Your duties will include audio typing, answering the telephone and dealing with clients and you will have a proven track record of dealing with the following:
- Completing registrations
- Completing Local Authority and other relevant pre-exchange searches
- Opening and dealing with the initial stages of conveyancing transactions
- Producing Land Registry forms.
An approachable nature and great attention to detail are also essential characteristics and you must enjoy working as part of a team.
