Working for an amazing client base that is predominantly Scottish based, you will gain experience across contentious and non-contentious matters including; M&A transactions, discrimination, disciplinary matters, contract negotiations and terminations, redundancy and TUPE.
Your role will also involve taking lead in business development and supporting more junior solicitors and supervising trainees.
You will have gained solid experience of handling a full spectrum of employment law matters, and although it is not necessarily the case that this experience will be from a large commercial firm, it is essential that you have experience acting for respondent clients or certainly be open minded to this.
