A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced personal injury legal secretary to join this large, established law firm based in Birmingham city centre.
Working on a part time basis across 21 to 25 hours per week, you will provide secretarial support in the personal injury department working alongside 3 qualified solicitors, one trainee and 2 other legal secretaries. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing
- Using the firm's case management system (TIKIT)
- Diary & file management
- Preparing and handling documents
- Key administrative duties.
To be considered for this part time personal injury legal secretary role based in Birmingham city centre you must have previous experience working as a legal secretary within personal injury, have excellent typing, communication and organisational skills with previous experience using a case management system.
