An NQ - 6 years' PQE employment solicitor is required to join a small but expanding boutique practice. The firm is based in Tring and this person will work closely with one of the firms founding partners on complex and varied work.
You will be an employment solicitor who has dealt with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters to included discrimination disputes, redundancy, TUPE, company handbooks, unfair dismissal and settlement agreements. Also, having experience in wider civil and commercial dispute matters would be advantageous. You will work for both employers and employees and cases have included matters with 6 figure settlement sum.
The work here is 90% claimant matters, however, you will be required to manage a caseload of respondent matters, therefore, you must have some experience dealing with both.
