This reputed and long-established law firm is recruiting into its litigation team in Yeovil, Somerset.
Due to an increase in business, the litigation team is looking to expand and is searching for a junior newly qualified litigation solicitor or those with up to 4 years' PQE.
Your caseload in this role will be broad.
You will advise on all manner of commercial and civil disputes, including (but not limited to):
- Property Litigation
- Professional Negligence
- Debt Recovery
- Breach of Contract
- Director/Shareholder Disputes.
You will join this small team (although much bigger when you include all the branch offices) and be involved in business development, to include attending client events and general business events in order to encourage new business.
You should have ideally trained at (and continued working within) another excellent regional firm. You will already have either or both commercial and civil litigation experience. If you are approaching qualification, then one of your training seats will have been in litigation, or you will have extensive experience from before your training contract.
