Our client is based in Cradley Heath and is ranked top tier for their commercial litigation offering outside of the city centre – as such they can offer a commercial litigation solicitor around 2-4 years' post-qualification exceptional experience. You will have the opportunity with partner’s supervision to run and resolve commercial cases ranging from shareholder disputes to professional negligence claims and defamation cases. The work is often hard but very rewarding.
The firm itself has grown by close on 50% in the past four years and they are blessed with top notch lawyers, top notch work and are very clear about where they are heading in the future. To be considered for this commercial litigation solicitor position, you must have at least two years of litigation experience, along with good advocacy experience. You must have a genuine interest in the law and a strong academic track record and training background. You must be confident in your abilities to run a smaller caseload from the outset with an ability and willingness to build and maintain client relationships.
