Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary

A large, well known Chambers rated firm based in Oxfordshire is seeking a dispute resolution legal secretary to join their Bicester office.
The firm currently is very well recognised for their work in family, private client, employment, residential & commercial property and the Corporate & Commercial sector.
The Dispute Resolution Department is seeking an experienced legal secretary. You will be supporting a senior solicitor in all administration aspects of dispute resolution matters, including providing quotes as and when necessary, diary management and the opening and closing of files.

The role includes processing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing legal documents. You will be liaising with clients and other solicitors and also dealing with telephone enquiries.
It is essential that you have a good comprehension of Excel for the collating of accountancy spreadsheets.
A minimum of 1 year of previous legal secretarial assistant experience is required by applicants.
Salary is dependent on experience. This is a real opportunity for a dispute resolution legal secretary to work in a small friendly team with an excellent reputation for private client matters.
