I have a new employment law role for a qualified employment solicitor with a growing Warwickshire practice.
My client is based in central Coventry and, over the course of the past few years, has steadily grown to a mid-size full service practice offering a range of commercial and private client legal services.
Their Employment Team, which consists of two qualified solicitors plus support staff, advises on an even mix of respondent and claimant work. Due to increasing workflows, they are now in the position to recruit an additional junior lawyer.
You will have at least 2 years' PQE in employment matters and ideally gaining exposure to both sides of the employment law coin.
The department is busy but offers full training and supervision so you will be expected to manage your own caseload of work, contribute to marketing and business development activities and work towards the team financial targets.
