This West Yorkshire based PLC is currently looking for a company secretary to come on board and support the group with its regulatory and governance requirements.
As company secretary, you will be directly reporting to the CEO and working closely alongside the newly appointed finance director, with your responsibilities including:
- Preparing agendas for board meetings and minuting the meetings
- Preparing end of year accounts
- Providing governance advice to the board on all relevant matters
- Providing additional support to the Finance team (the nature of this support will be driven by your experience).
