An excellent opportunity exists within my clients progressive, developing personal injury practice in St Helens.
As the firm enters the next phase in their evolution (and due to continued new contract wins) they are now looking to develop their RTA Litigation Team further with the addition of an experienced RTA litigation executive (or technical fee earner/solicitor).
You will be joining the close-knit Litigation Team in St Helens and you will already boast experience in running your own caseload of litigated RTA claims through to settlement or trial. The successful candidate will have previous experience of having run a case right through to trial.
As an RTA litigation executive, you should have in excess of two years' experience (pre or post-qualification) dealing with claims post-portal and be adept in handling technically complex cases through to a successful resolution.
The department and firm are well structured and there exists the real potential for progression within the practice as they have an active internal promotion system.
Competitive salary on offer, in line with experience, with a guideline for a salary of between £24k and £30k.
