A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking an NQ-2 year corporate commercial solicitor to join its team based in Corby.
Our client is a leading Legal 500 firm with a specialist commercial focused office based in Corby. They are currently undergoing a rapid period of growth and as such, they require a key hire for their corporate commercial team.
You will have a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely supportive and fast-paced environment that specialises in advising owner-managed and family-owned businesses/companies nationally.
Our client has clients in a variety of sectors including publishing, manufacturing and logistics all based locally and within the Midlands area.
You will be a qualified solicitor from NQ to 2 years' PQE within corporate commercial work.
As a corporate commercial solicitor, you will be used to dealing with share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture arrangements and option schemes. You will be able to lead on transactions from inception to closing.
You will be well versed in general corporate and commercial advice and will also have a proven history of fee-earning within this environment.
In return, the successful corporate commercial solicitor will be offered an above market rate salary, as well as additional benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing over time), access to a pension scheme and private medical and dental schemes.
