We are currently recruiting for one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the UK who is expanding nationally.
This role is different and unique in that you will be employed permanently but as an internal locum. Rather than run your own conveyancing caseload, you will support and cover for other conveyancers when they are on holiday, sick, or otherwise away from the office.
The length of these stints will vary from just one day, one week or longer depending on the absence.
To be successful in this role, you will already have a consistent volume conveyancing experience. Those with at least 4-5 years' experience handling up to 80+ cases at any one time are encouraged to apply. This is a volume conveyancing role.
You will need to pick up on others work quickly and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
This is a home working role, so you will need to be fully computer literate and used to managing your own time.
This home working residential conveyancer position can be offered on a full or part-time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
Although home working, you will be expected to work within core office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (with the occasional need to work alternative hours ie: 10-6pm, 11-7pm or 12-8pm).
You could be a licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive with at least 4-5 years' experience. Those who are unqualified but have relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. You will need to reside in the UK.
This is a home working residential conveyancer position. If required you will be supplied with a desk, chair, PC and everything else you need!
Competitive salary up to £35k - no commuting or parking costs!
