This exciting role allows an experienced commercial property paralegal the chance to gain access to a high value and complex caseload, both as a stand-alone fee earner and also as an assistant to the managing partner on their complex matters.

The opportunity could represent a genuine chance for interested parties to gain exposure and accreditation within CLC and CILEx qualifications, as well as a committed training and development programme.
The role allows exposure to housing matters, commercial real estate development work, site acquisitions, and disposal, lease and landlord and tenant work.
The candidate will ideally come from a property background with real estate or plots sales exposure. Candidates with strong residential conveyancing backgrounds will also be considered.
The candidate of choice will have ample exposure to the following areas: managing a caseload under supervision, creating and amending property related documentation, freehold title checking, dealing with and checking routine property searches, and the completion and submission of online stamp duty land tax returns among other things.
