One of our key clients with offices throughout the East Midlands is seeking an experienced legal assistant to join their conveyancing team in Mansfield.
You will ideally have experience dealing with sales and purchase transactions and have a solid understanding of the conveyancing process. Your key duties will include drafting documents, assisting with transactions, ordering documents from Land Registry and liaising with clients as well as other, more general administrative tasks.
Successful conveyancing legal assistant applicants will have the following:
• At least 12 months' experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Secretary
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good IT skills with experience using case management systems
