The ideal candidate will be:
- An employment solicitor (5+ years' PQE) who is able to hit the ground running.
- Experienced in dealing with a range of excellent quality, contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Familiar with matters such as Settlement Agreements, Disciplinary Proceedings, Grievance Actions, Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Tribunal Claims, Restrictive Covenants, Employment Contracts and TUPE.
