The ideal candidate will be an employment solicitor (5+ years' PQE) who is able to hit the ground running and has experience dealing with a range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, such as; settlement agreements, disciplinary proceedings, grievance actions, unfair dismissal, discrimination, tribunal claims, restrictive covenants, employment contracts and TUPE.
Applicants should have strong academics and excellent interpersonal skills. The firm places great importance on their well-built client relationships, so you must also be commercially viable with a client-focused attitude. You will be taking over an existing caseload, however, having contacts of your own would be advantageous.
