Residential Conveyancer

This is an opportunity to join an upwardly mobile firm as a residential conveyancer in North Derbyshire, outside of Derby city centre, but in the thriving market town of Matlock.

This Lexel accredited firm is known for its levels of service to the customer and has a very friendly approachable team. The firm offers an excellent career path, a competitive salary subject to experience and a range of perks and benefits.

Working alongside another experienced fee earner and with support from paralegals and legal assistants, you will be able to handle your own caseload of sales, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity and right to buy work.

This is a busy office site so it requires someone pro-active and organised to pick up the reins. You should have excellent client care skills and attention to detail will be one of your biggest attributes.

The firm benefits from having an excellent reputation locally with lenders, introducers and the local community and much of the work in the area gravitates towards the firm.

A very competitive salary and a range of perks and benefits available with this opportunity including free parking.
