A forward-thinking, Legal 500 firm in Brighton is looking for an employment lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to join its successful team.
Part of your caseload will come from issues that arise from TUPE and share sales.
You will be advising both employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including Equality Act claims, employment contracts, settlement agreements, redundancy and restructuring, restrictive covenants and unfair dismissal.
As an employment lawyer, you will at times conduct your own advocacy and so you must have experience of this.
This position is pivotal to the success of this growing employment department and as such, you will be happy to conduct business development activities and establish new contacts.
