A full-service, Top 200 law firm based in Bakewell is seeking an experienced receptionist to join their front of house team on a part-time basis.
This is a permanent job share position for 14 hours per week spread across Thursday and Friday.
As a receptionist at this busy and friendly Legal 500 firm, you will strive to provide an efficient and client-focused service. Your core responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, maintaining the meeting room diary and ensuring all meeting rooms are presentable and refreshments are organised ahead of any meetings.
The ideal candidate will be professional, personable and a team player who can cover a variety of general office administrative duties to ensure the reception and branch office run smoothly.
Ideal candidates will appreciate the importance of acting as an ambassador for the firm and help maintain its overall image. It is important that the successful receptionist understands the importance of excellent client service and must have proven experience of working within a professional services environment.
As this is a job share position, candidates must be flexible to work up to 37½ hours per week covering holiday and sickness for their job share partner if needs be.
Essential key skills and experiences:
- Previous front office experience within professional services
- Exceptional client facing customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients in a professional yet approachable manner
- Excellent administrative skills
- Fast and accurate typing
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
