Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

One of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join their Newcastle based team as they continue to expand their national presence.

They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach where they have perfected the process over the past 16 years, which has attributed to their huge success. With offices regionally based, they are now looking to appoint new experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast-paced role.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, predominately focusing on client service/care, and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers, and other solicitors.

To benefit from this opportunity, you will be an experienced conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 60+ residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support.

You will either be a conveyancing solicitor, legal executive, or fee earner/paralegal with at least 2 years’ PQE.

In addition to several other benefits, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion of targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction.
