One of the East Midlands' leading law firms is seeking a part-time legal secretary to join their head office in Derby.
You would be responsible for providing secretarial support to several fee earners within the dispute resolution department.
As a dispute resolution legal secretary your key duties will include:
- Digital dictation
- Liaising with clients
- Handling enquiries
- Arranging appointments
- Diary management
- Preparing court documents
To be considered for this part-time legal secretary position, you must have:
- A minimum of four years experience in a legal secretarial role
- Excellent audio typing skills are essential, preferably to RSA III standard, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ALB or equivalent case management systems
