With a new partner at the helm, employment is a key area of growth for the firm and they are now seeking to expand their current team of five by appointing a mid-level employment solicitor or legal executive.
The Employment Solicitor can expect a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious respondent matters or high-level claimant matters.
You will provide strategic advice and support to employers in respect to all aspects of employment law including business reorganisations and redundancy, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), employment contracts and documentation, employee claims and Employment Tribunal representations.
