The ideal senior business immigration solicitor will have experience working with high net worth individuals with millions of pounds of funds, whether it be for the set up of a business of their own, or investing into UK businesses.
This role could also appeal to a sole practitioner who is looking to transfer their current skills into a bigger firm.
You will need to have the following attributes to be considered:
- 5 years' PQE as a minimum
- Self-sufficient and able to manage your own workload, including business development and marketing
- Hold a real enthusiasm for immigration law and achieving the best possible results for your clients
- Confident and used to dealing with affluent clientele
