Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 firm that offers a full range of services. They now seek an additional commercial litigation solicitor to join its experienced Dispute Resolution Team based in Glasgow.  

The firm is known for having a supportive and dynamic culture, offering a competitive remuneration package and a work-life balance.  

This opportunity offers real career progression prospects and a friendly working environment. You will be involved in a wide variety of work including:

- Debt recovery and property litigation
- Contractual disputes and contentious construction matters
- Appearing in the Sheriff Court and court in session 

The successful candidate will have gained litigation experience with at least 1 year of PQE within a similar position. Or if you are a newly qualified solicitor you will have completed a well rounded commercial litigation traineeship.
