Contentious Probate and Trust Partner

Contentious Probate and Trust Partner.

A rare, very exciting opportunity has arisen for a contentious probate and trust partner to join this successful Legal 200 firm in Surrey.

This is an established practice dealing with a wide variety of trust and probate disputes often involving very large estates or trusts, including overseas assets and investments. Clients include trustees, executors, administrators and beneficiaries.

This firm is renowned for its non-contentious private wealth work and has strong links and history in the community's HNW residents. There is also a highly ranked Dispute Resolution team so this role will be supported well by both departments.

In addition, there is a well-managed marketing team and strategy that is fully supportive of growing this established department.

This contentious probate and trust partner opportunity would suit a confident solicitor with experience of trust and probate litigation, ideally, someone who is a member of ACTAPS but support will be given if not, offering a combination of quality work and excellent career prospects.

If this Surrey based role sounds of interest, then please apply to Loraine Silvester at G2 Legal, or call for a confidential chat. 01273 289000.
