Conveyancing Legal Assistant.
A well-established, regional law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing department in Chesterfield.
As the Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will ideally have experience dealing with sales and purchase transactions and have a solid understanding of the Conveyancing process. Your key duties will include drafting documents, assisting with transactions, ordering documents from HMLR, liaising with clients, as well as other more general administrative tasks.
Successful applicants will have the following:
- At least 12 month's experience working as a conveyancing legal assistant or conveyancing secretary
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good IT skills with experience using case management systems
