Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
An appealing opportunity has arisen to work for a law firm based in Leeds that is different from your average leading law firm. A firm where standards are high and demanding but the rewards, both materially and in terms of real job satisfaction, achievement, development and progression make the input worthwhile.
I am recruiting an experienced commercial litigation solicitor on behalf of this growing and progressive firm who has multiple offices across Yorkshire and the UK. They offer state of the art systems and working environments, an open office culture and a client base of quality rather than quantity.
The successful commercial litigation solicitor, based at the firm’s Leeds office, will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and will also have good experience over a broad range of commercial disputes disciplines.
These contentious areas may include, but will not be limited to, shareholder and partnership, breaches of company administration requirements and director’s duties, insolvency law, breach of contract claims, breach of confidence and data protection, intellectual property, information technology, professional negligence and fraud.
Ideally, the successful commercial litigation solicitor will have around 5+ years' experience, but this is flexible and candidates at all levels will be considered.
To join this unique legal practice as a commercial litigation solicitor, you really must have a passion for being a part of something truly special, somewhere where employees genuinely enjoy strong relationships both with clients, customers and colleagues.
The firm’s commitment to its clients and their expectation that they will provide the best in legal services is at the heart of everything they do.
