Property Admin Assistant.
Based in state of the art offices in Birmingham City Centre, this large established law firm is now looking to recruit an administrative assistant to join their expanding residential development sector within the firm's built environment department.
You will join a team that is responsible for carrying out a wide variety of work, both complex and routine for housing association clients. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Supporting a number of fee earners in the team
- Obtaining Land Registry documents
- File closing
- Updating client reports
- Scanning, photocopying and general administration
In order to be considered for this Property Admin Assistant role based in Birmingham, you must have previous legal property experience and a law degree, and be an organised, good communicator with great attention to detail.
