A regional Legal 200 firm in Surrey have an urgent requirement for a Contentious Property Solicitor to join their high ranked Dispute Resolution department and become a key, important part of the team. 

The ideal candidate will have trained and worked at a leading regional or City law firm and have at least 1 year's post qualification in handling a range of Property Litigation matters for both commercial and residential clients.

The Addlestone based firm have a strong non-contentious property practice so this team regularly act for housebuilders, developers, and Plcs on matters including rights of way, adverse possession, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, and commercial leases. 

As the firm places great importance on their well-built client relationships, you must be commercially viable and possess good interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and the firm are offering a long term career opportunity, with great scope for progression.
