This top tier national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their expanding residential property/conveyancing department.
Based in state of the art offices in Birmingham city centre, you will join the firm's residential property/conveyancing department and support the work of multiple fee earners on a daily basis handling key residential property work such as acquisition work, plot support work, and plot sales.
Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing including digital dictation (Big Hand)
- Typing and preparing correspondence
- Amending documents
- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Key administrative duties
In order to be considered for this Residential Property Legal Secretary role based in Birmingham, you must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in conveyancing, along with experience in dealing with AP1s, SDLTs, OS1s, SIMs, and also experience dealing with the land registry. You must also have excellent typing and communication skills, along with being a confident individual.
