This Birmingham based maternity cover role is a fantastic opportunity for an ICSA qualified Company Secretary to join a well established listed company's in-house team.
The Interim Assistant Company Secretary role involves:
- Reporting into the General Counsel
- Assisting with meeting preparation and management for a number of committees
- Responsibility for filing annual reports and accounts
- Ensuring company is fully compliant with relevant governance, legislative and regulatory requirements
This Birmingham-based Interim Assistant Company Secretary role will require previous PLC experience, good board support knowledge and understanding of the Companies Act and relevant Corporate Governance standards.
