Personal Injury & Motor Law Legal Secretary.
A regional, Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Personal Injury & Motor Law department in central Lincoln.
As a Personal Injury & Motor Law Legal Secretary, your key duties will include digital dictation, storing documents using a case management system, general administration such as scanning, printing and photocopying, opening and closing files, updating CPD records, booking and preparing meeting rooms, making travel and accommodation arrangements, reviewing time sheets, and assisting fee earners by drafting emails and letters.
You would be joining one the firm's busiest teams, working alongside a number of long-serving members of staff with excellent reputations in the market. The Personal Injury & Motor Law team advises on various types of claims, for example, RTAs, clinical negligence, employers' liability, criminal injury, product liability, and claims involving children.

- Minimum 12 months' experience as a Legal Secretary
- Experience in PI is highly desirable but not essential
- A fast and accurate typing speed
- Confidence using a range of IT systems
