Litigation Legal Secretary.
A regional, Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their department in central Nottingham.
As a Litigation Legal Secretary, your key duties will include digital dictation, storing documents using a case management system, general administration such as scanning, printing and photocopying, opening and closing files, updating CPD records, booking and preparing meeting rooms, making travel and accommodation arrangements, reviewing time sheets, and assisting fee earners by drafting emails and letters.
You will be joining one the firm's busiest teams, working alongside a number of long-serving members of staff with excellent reputations in the market nation-wide for successfully handling complex cases.
The department advises on a wide range of both civil and commercial litigious cases, for example, contractual disputes; professional negligence; private client; partnership, director and shareholder disputes; employment; property disputes; and banking litigation.
Applications are welcome for this role based in Nottingham from those who have the following:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in Litigation
- A fast and accurate typing speed
- Confidence using a range of IT systems.
