This well-established law firm is now looking to grow their conveyancing department with an additional new business assistant. 
You will work alongside the firm's conveyancing department, where you will be responsible for generating new business for the firm, where your key duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Dealing with all calls from direct clients and providing them with quotes and effectively turning calls into instructions
- Assisting with Land Registry applications and closing files
- Providing key administrative support to the team

In order to be considered for this Conveyancing New Business Legal Assistant role based in Solihull, you must have at least 12 months' experience working in a similar role or working as an estate agent/sales negotiator, be generally concerned with attracting new business and helping the firm grow, along with being an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with a confident can-do attitude.
