An exciting opportunity has arisen based in Solihull for a Conveyancing New Business Legal Assistant to join an established high street law firm on a permanent, full-time basis. 
Based in Solihull, you will be responsible for:

- Generating new business for the conveyancing department and the firm
- Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Providing quotations and effectively turning calls into an instruction
- Assisting with day to day administrative duties

In order to be considered for this Conveyancing New Business Legal Assistant position based in Solihull, you must have 12+ months' experience working in new business or as an estate agent/sales negotiator, and be an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with confidence speaking with clients over the phone.
