Legal Administration Assistant.
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Administration Assistant to join a leading law firm in Manchester City Centre, who specialise within media and sports law. You will be working alongside the Team Administrator, supporting a small team with general administration support and accounts.
The firm are proud of their highly successful practice in sports law and represent high profile clients, both nationally and internationally, with complex matters in world sports.
As a Legal Administration Assistant, you will ideally have experience of WIP management, credit control, and strong excel skills.
You can expect a great deal of variety in this role, which offers much more than the standard accounts/admin role.
You will be working alongside the current Team Administrator dealing with the WIP management, credit control, statement of accounts for clients, billing processes, maintaining credit control spreadsheets. With this being a small firm, you will be also expected to work alongside the Solicitors opening and closing files, and providing general administrative support.
