One of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country are looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their home working team which is going through continued expansion nationally.
 
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, including:

- complex matters,
- shared ownership,
- new build,
- right to buy,
- remortgages.

They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach and have perfected the process over the many years they have been established, which has led to their huge success. With offices regionally based, they are now looking to appoint new experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, based from home.
 
In order to benefit from this rare Conveyancing Solicitor opportunity, you will be:

- an experienced conveyancer with at least 5 years' experience 
- well accustomed to managing a caseload of 100+ residential property files from start to finish,

You will be provided with a computer, desk and telephone, and along with the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction.
