Based in Coventry, you will be expected to provide legal secretary support to the conveyancing fee earners in the department, where your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing
- Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Dealing with The Land Registry and SDLT forms
- Providing support with key documents and correspondence
- Providing key administrative support.
In order to be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary role based in Coventry, you must have at least 2-3 years' experience working within conveyancing, have excellent audio copy typing skills, strong communication skills, and be willing to go the extra mile for your client and colleagues. Due to the office location of the firm, it is also important that you are able to drive and hold a full UK drivers license.
