A boutique Legal 500 Commercial practice is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Employment Solicitor to join their established team.
The ideal Employment Solicitor will have around 3-5 years of PQE and should be able to deal with a varied caseload of employment matters for commercial clients and director level individuals. Your experience should include performance management, absence management, disciplinary proceedings and managing employee grievances and complaints, re-structuring, collective information and consultation, TUPE and redundancy, settlement agreements and employment tribunal claims.
It would be advantageous if you also had experience of corporate support work as the firm have a large corporate client base with lots of M&A work, and experience of marketing and business development is essential. The firm can offer a generous salary and benefits with excellent long term prospects.
