Real Estate Solicitor.
Our client is a leading international, full-service law firm working with clients in the world’s most dynamic and expanding markets. With a new Liverpool office, they have an opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join at Associate level and are keen to speak to Real Estate Lawyers at around 1-5 years' PQE.
You will work in the Liverpool real estate team, as part of the wider real estate group. Working alongside partners, associates, trainee solicitors, and PSL’s, the real estate group is one of the most wide-ranging in the UK and is recognised as a leader in undertaking work across the whole real estate sector. The real estate team is award winning having won 'Property Team of the Year' at the British Legal Awards, as well as 'Real Estate Team of the Year' at the Lawyer Awards in close succession, an achievement unique to this international law firm.
The real estate practice provides expert advice across the whole range of commercial property transactions, with a significant proportion of business coming from the US, the Middle East and the Far East. The group regularly advises on investment deals in excess of £100m and development deals with end values of around £500m.

You will join the real estate group sitting in Liverpool, to undertake a wide range of real estate transactions, working closely at partner level. This will encompass the full stretch of commercial property work including development, landlord & tenant, investment, and management of portfolios for a range of clients in the key focus areas.
We are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE and a strong academic background. Ideally, you will have practiced within the real estate team at a leading national or strong regional law firm. This role will allow you to further develop your real estate experience across the full stretch of the group's practice areas and importantly will allow you to build your own client relationships. As such a focus on business development and proven experience of client relationship management will need to be demonstrated, together with good commercial awareness to be able to deliver commercially focused advice to the group's clients.
There will also be the opportunity for supervision and mentoring of paralegals within the Liverpool real estate team.
