A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join this well-established, high street law firm based in Solihull.
You will join a friendly, down to earth working environment, where you will join a successful conveyancing department where your key duties will include handling both new business and post-completion matters, handling AP1 and SDLT forms, dealing with The Land Registry and liaising with new and existing clients.
In order to be considered for this conveyancing legal assistant role based in Solihull, you must have 12 months experience working in a similar role, have a firm understanding of the conveyancing process especially that of new business and post-completion, have excellent communication skills and a keen attitude to go the extra mile for your clients.
