An experienced Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required to join one of the leading healthcare litigation teams in the country.

This Legal 500 firm has an outstanding national reputation in representing the NHS and medical defence organisations on a broad array of complex and high profile clinical negligence claims.
 
You will be joining the well established team, based right next to Harrogate train station, as a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor and will be responsible for your own full caseload that will include instructing experts and counsel, attending trials and mediations, and negotiation of settlements.

This is the perfect opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in defendant clinical negligence, ideally hailing from a NHS Resolution panel firm, seeking a new challenge in Harrogate. Excellent academics are also preferred.
