Our successful client is looking to further bolster its Blackburn based employment team with an additional Employment Solicitor.
This firm won several awards in 2018 and continues to go from strength to strength. The employment team is made up of specialist employment solicitors who are well-renowned within the field. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider regional employment teams.
You will ideally be an Employment Solicitor with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will have the opportunity to handle your own caseload comprised of a wide range of employment law matters, including managing grievances and disciplinary procedures, advising on whistleblowing, and discrimination matters.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved with commercial support work such as re-organisations and TUPE transfers. You will have the opportunity to liaise with clients on a daily basis and to build up your relationships with them.
To be considered for this employment law opportunity, you will need to have worked at a well-regarded law firm and have a strong academic profile (2:1 or equivalent).
