The perfect role has arisen for an established employment solicitor who could be a key strategic hire for a national Legal 500 firm in Manchester.
You will ideally be an employment solicitor from NQ-5 years' PQE who has worked for a leading local Manchester based practice or a highly regarded national firm.
Your experience should include a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters and you will ideally have acted for high profile corporations as well as individuals up to director and CEO level.
You will be able to handle whistleblowing, discrimination, TUPE, unfair dismissal, termination strategy, and executive settlement agreements. A keen interest and experience in marketing and business development is preferred, and the ideal candidate will be able to support senior fee earners in the team with more complex matters.
