Float Legal Secretary.
This established law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is now looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to provide secretarial and PA support across a full range of legal departments. This particular law firm can offer you a competitive salary, a lucrative benefits scheme, and a friendly working environment.
Based in Birmingham, you will support a variety of departments covering short term holiday cover to longer periods covering maternity leave. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing including digital dictation
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing and drafting letters, documents and correspondence
- File and diary management
- Key administrative duties
In order to be considered for this float legal secretary role based in Birmingham you must have extensive experience working across three or more different legal departments, be a confident and flexible individual, be able to settle and move quickly between departments, have excellent typing skills, and be fully knowledgeable on Microsoft packages.
