Senior Employment Solicitor.
An exciting opportunity for an established Senior Employment Solicitor has arisen at a well known Manchester based practice.
You will ideally be an employment solicitor from 5 years' PQE upwards who has worked for a leading local Manchester based practice or a highly regarded national firm.
Your experience should include a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, and you will have acted for high profile corporations as well as individuals, ideally up to director and CEO level. You will be able to handle whistle blowing, discrimination, TUPE, unfair dismissal, termination strategy, and executive settlement agreements. A keen interest and experience in marketing and business development is essential, and the ideal candidate will be keen to grow and be confident to work independently as well as part of the wider team.
This role gives the unique opportunity to build up your own portfolio of clients as part of the firm's expansion plans and comes with a flexible bonus incentive and paid parking. A following would be advantageous, but candidates with excellent business development skills will also be considered.
The salary for this opportunity is highly flexible and will be based on what you can bring to the table.
